Welcome to the Tinwald Cycling Club. We are located in Ashburton, a growing town situated in the heartland of the Canterbury Plains, New Zealand.
The Tinwald Cycling Club was established in 1923, and has a proud history both on the track and road.
The Club is blessed with hard working members and excellent facilities, a 400 metre banked concrete velodrome, cycling academy training rooms, junior development programmes (road and track), a winter series and the choice of 3 different days of racing during the summer.
The club caters for all ages and levels of cycling with emphasis on enjoyment and development with a varied programme incorporating differing distances, race types and courses.
Many age group and open grade national titles along with Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth Games medals have been won by members of the Tinwald Cycling Club.
