Hey everyone ..... I have been really busy the last couple of weeks. we all flew to Tulsa on Thursday a week ago to compete in the Tulsa Tough. Iit's the first of many races that the team will be competing in during our time away from Monterey. The Tulsa Tough is a three day event consisting of 3 days of racing all being criteriums. The first criterium on Friday was a reasonably flat circuit shaped like a figure of eight.

I had a really good race finishing with the bunch only dropping off on the last lap.

The second criterium on Saturday was slightly harder than the day before with a up hill section plus on the day it was windy. I didn't have a good race struggling to find my legs and concentration. I didn't finish dropping off 15mins from the finish (race time 1hr).

The third and final day was a lot harder. The course had a rather sharp short climb and a fast decent followed by a tight right hand turn to the finish. I was tired from two days of racing and felt tired during the race but still helped out the team while I could then dropped off 15mins from the end (race time 1hr).

Monday we all packed up and head to Pennsylvania. We had 3 flights to get there, finally getting to the hotel at 4 in the morning the same day of the first round in the triple crown. I didn't start neither did Emma or Belinda but Susy and Malindi got tough and did the race to represent the team. We all should be starting the second round tomorrow.
